1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Academic Mantra Services website (academicmantraservices.com), enrolling in any internship or training programme, or availing any of our digital, academic, or consulting services, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Academic Mantra Services reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Offered

Academic Mantra Services provides the following services subject to these Terms:

• Internship & Training Programmes: Live project-based internships in Digital Marketing, Content Writing, Social Media Management, Cybersecurity, IT & Web Development, and HR & Management
• Digital Marketing Services: SEO, PPC advertising, Meta Ads campaign management, and online reputation management
• Content Writing Services: Blog posts, website copy, social media content, newsletters, and video descriptions
• IT Services: Website development, web design, and graphic design
• Academic Writing Services: Report writing, essay writing, and academic assignment assistance
• Career Counselling: Career guidance, resume building, and interview preparation

3. Enrolment & Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

Our internship programmes are open to students currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate programmes, recent graduates (within 2 years of graduation), and early-career professionals. Career counselling and business services are open to all individuals and organisations without restriction.

3.2 Enrolment Process

Enrolment is confirmed only upon payment of the applicable programme fee (or first EMI instalment). Provisional enrolment (pending payment) does not guarantee a seat in a specific batch. Academic Mantra Services reserves the right to defer or reassign students to alternate batches based on availability.

3.3 Aptitude Assessment

For scholarship eligibility, students must complete an aptitude assessment administered by Academic Mantra Services. Scholarship decisions are final and binding. Academic Mantra Services reserves the right to amend scholarship criteria at any time.

4. Fees, Payment & Refunds

4.1 Programme Fees

Fees for each programme are published on our website and are subject to change. The fee applicable at the time of your enrolment confirmation will be honoured for the enrolled batch.

4.2 EMI Plans

We offer no-interest EMI plans for eligible students. Failure to maintain EMI payments may result in suspension of programme access until outstanding dues are cleared.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests submitted within 7 days of enrolment confirmation and before the programme start date will be processed at 80% of the fee paid. No refunds will be issued after the programme has commenced. Refunds are not applicable for demo sessions, aptitude tests, or scholarship fees (if any). Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

5. Programme Conduct & Attendance

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the programme, including respectful communication with mentors, peers, and clients. Regular attendance is required. The minimum attendance threshold for certificate issuance is 80% of scheduled sessions. Students who engage in plagiarism, dishonest reporting of project work, or misrepresentation of deliverables may be dismissed from the programme without refund. Academic Mantra Services reserves the right to terminate access for any student who violates our Code of Conduct.

6. Certificates & Placement Support

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the programme, meeting the attendance threshold, and satisfactory evaluation of project deliverables. Academic Mantra Services provides placement support, including CV guidance, interview preparation, and referrals to partner organisations. However, placement is not guaranteed and is subject to market conditions, the student's performance, and employer decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, curriculum content, project briefs, and resources provided by Academic Mantra Services are our proprietary intellectual property. Students may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or sublicense any training material without prior written consent. Client work completed during live internships remains the property of the respective clients, and students agree to maintain confidentiality regarding client briefs and campaign data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Academic Mantra Services provides all services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind beyond what is expressly stated in our programme descriptions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, employment outcomes, or data. Our total liability to any student or client shall not exceed the fees paid by that individual for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Services

Certain programme modules use third-party platforms and tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or cybersecurity toolkits). Your use of such platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service. Academic Mantra Services is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by third-party platforms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Chandigarh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts in Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
