1. Services Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded.
• Service Not Delivered: If the paid service (e.g., content assistance, digital marketing services, consultation, training session) is not delivered within the agreed timeline, and no valid communication is provided.
